If you select the optional express construction prioritization (not always available), we guarantee for air-cooled or AiO-Wakü systems – provided all items required for the system are in stock – a dispatch within 72 hours from the start of construction . In the case of custom water-cooled systems, a general specification of the construction time is unfortunately not generally possible and there is also no express construction option available, as the construction time here always depends on the individual configuration and in advance with the experts of the King Mod team must be determined. As an alternative for customers who are in a particularly hurry, we also offer ready for dispatch express systems that are and that have already been assembled, configured and intensively tested in advance.

2. Delivery time & shipping service provider: Once a system has been completed, the preparation for dispatch usually takes an additional 1 to 4 working days (Mon – Fri). In most cases, shipping is via UPS, but depending on the requirements of a system (package size, package weight, transport insurance), it can also be carried out by another shipping service provider or by forwarding agency and thus differ from the shipping company selected in the shopping cart. There is no dispatch of goods on weekends. Please also note that express deliveries (DHL Express and UPS Express) are not delivered on Saturdays (and not on Sundays).

3. Pick-up in Berlin: An appointment for self-collection in our shop in Berlin-Charlottenburg will be set individually by our King Mod team after the system has been completed and can not be booked via our booking system directly after the order. You can find more information about later collection on site and all other requirements as well as the applicable security measures here . Collection without prior booking of an appointment is excluded.

4. Guarantee & support: Caseking provides a for all of its own complete systems includes a 36-month guarantee , 24 months of which pick-up & return service . The prerequisite for the claim is that there is a technical defect in the PC system, which is not due to improper use of the hardware by the user and which was first discussed with a Caseking technician. In addition, the delivered system must not be modified and an unauthorized UEFI / BIOS update should not be carried out, as the full range of functions can no longer be guaranteed with a different UEFI / BIOS. 5. Contract manufacturing & subject to change: The illustrations of the computer system only represent an example configuration. The PC with the configuration actually requested by the customer is only built after the order has been placed. Depending on your individual selection and availability of the individual PC components, the computer delivered to you may differ from the pictures. In any case, you will receive a professionally and carefully assembled PC system that you can proudly present at any time because of the well-coordinated hardware and high-quality components – because nothing is standard here!

6. Additional costs in the event of incompatibility: Due to the constant technological progress and the emergence of new trends in the hardware sector, incompatibilities may occur with the hardware components. For example, various AiO water coolers require a USB 2.0 header in order to be able to use all features. However, this header is no longer provided on all mainboards, so that appropriate adapters have to be installed in order to provide all functions. Another example is the lack of a USB 3.1 header for a corresponding USB port on the housing. The installation of the appropriate adapter can lead to additional costs. If the installation of an adapter is absolutely necessary or recommended, the King Mod team will contact you to clarify the further procedure. In addition, the construction time can be extended accordingly.
